At The Esthetician Academy, we’re committed to enrolling elite students who are serious about building a successful future in skincare. To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please review the following admissions steps and requirements as well as important information regarding tuition, payment options, and academic expectations.
Admission Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must provide a valid state-issued ID or driver’s license
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or proof of completion of at least 8th grade (as required by TDLR)
Must complete the academy application and enrollment agreement
Must pay the required registration fee
Must attend a mandatory orientation before starting classes
Grading Procedures & Academic Progress:
Student progress is closely monitored to ensure a strong academic foundation and successful program completion.
Grading Scale:
• 90 – 100% = A (Excellent)
• 80 – 89% = B (Good)
• 75 – 79% = C (Satisfactory)
• Below 75% = F (Failing)
To remain in good academic standing, students must:
• Maintain a minimum cumulative grade of 75%
• Complete required practical hours and theory hours in accordance with TDLR state guidelines
• Attend classes regularly and complete assignments on time
Failure to meet academic standards may result in probation or dismissal from the program. Support and tutoring options are available for students needing additional assistance.
Seat Allotment & Hours of Instruction:
The Esthetician Academy is licensed and equipped to accommodate up to 16 full-time students per cohort, allowing for personalized instruction and one-on-one guidance.
Class Schedule:
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks daily
Program Length: Approximately 5 months (full-time), based on TDLR-required hours.
Tuition & Payment Information
Total Program Cost: $9,500
Down Payment: $2,000 (Due at enrollment)
The remaining balance can be paid through a monthly payment plan, with the total tuition due in full by the graduation date.
Please note:
At this time, we do not offer federal financial aid, grants, or GI Bill assistance. As a new institution, we must operate for at least two years before becoming eligible to offer those financial options. We are committed to pursuing these opportunities in the future.
