Crystal is a licensed esthetician, licensed esthetics instructor, and an educator at heart, having also pursued formal studies in education. Her specialty lies in corrective skincare, with a strong focus on treating melanin-rich skin—a passion that continues to drive her work today. As both an instructor and a mother, she believes in nurturing not just skin, but confidence and potential in every student she teaches.

Frustrated by the number of newly licensed estheticians entering the field without the skills or confidence to perform advanced treatments, Crystal founded The Esthetician Academy with a mission: to raise the standard of skincare education. She is committed to ensuring her students graduate with not only the technical ability to succeed—but the critical thinking, hands-on experience, and real-world readiness to thrive as elite professionals in the industry.

When she’s not in the treatment room or classroom, Crystal enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and continually learning while pursuing her degree in law .
